Lingard Ltd concrete repair works are dedicated to provide the most cost effective, technically correct solutions to extend the life of a structure.
Our Engineers are skilled at carrying out comprehensive surveys of the structure including hammer testing to identify the extent of deterioration, cover meter survey, chloride & carbonation sampling by traditional means of access or roped access (abseiling).
Once the property owners / consultants brief has been fully considered and discussed Lingard Ltd will produce a report, specification and quotation for carrying out the works - a complete package under one roof.
Reinstatement of defective concrete can be successfully carried out using hand placement of polymer-modified mortar or use of pourable or sprayed concrete (gunite).
Extended serviceable life may be provided by use of corrosion inhibitors or sacrificial anodes followed by protective coatings and in some cases elastomeric finishes to provide a decorative anti-carbonation coating.
Resin Injection:
Identified cracks can be caused through structural movement, settlement or creep. Lingard Ltd use a variety of structural epoxy, polyester or flexible crack sealers using polyurethane acrylic based resins.
